At Suwannee Valley Propane we offer you the flexibility you need. Below you can find a plan that fits your needs.
The Basic Plan: Our Basic Plan is for Customers who wish to have the flexibility of scheduling their own propane deliveries. Basic Plan Customers are referred to as "Will Call" Customers and the customer monitors their own tank level. This may include customers who have a 30 day account or pay COD.
- Customers with this plan should call at least 3 business days ahead of time or customers should place the call when the gauge reads 30%.
- Please Note that Emergency deliveries made after hours, on weekends or holidays, and unscheduled deliveries are subject to an additional charge.
- If your tank is empty or service is otherwise interrupted, we are required by law to perform a safety leak test before placing your propane system back into service. Additional charges will apply.
The AutoFill Plan: With the AutoFill Plan, we estimate your usage based on prior consumption and deliver propane when a fill is needed based on that consumptive calculation. As an AutoFill Plan Customer it is Suwannee Valley Propane's responsibility to never allow you to run out.
- Qualified Customers can experience the convenience and dependability of this plan at no additional charge.
- AutoFill Plan Customers must have an approved credit account with Suwannee Valley Propane and the account must be current and in good standings.
- During a scheduled route, if your account is not current, customers will be placed on WILL CALL -WC and gas will not be delivered until the account is brought current. Please be aware that if a customer runs out of gas prior to our receiving payment, it becomes the customers responsibility to pay for the required gascheck in an out of gas situation and after hours charges, if applicable. Also, the customer should never assume he or she is back on route after such. It is the customers responsibility to request to be placed back on route.
- If you feel at anytime that your usage may change significantly, for example away on extended vacation or you are using more than normal, then contact us via phone or email at orders@lpgas4u.com so we can make a note to adjust our delivery schedule.
The SVPremier Plan: The SVPremier Plan takes customer worries to an all time low. The Industry-leading SmartFill technology gives the customer a totally worry free plan. SVPremier Plan Customers enjoy the assurance and guarantee that they will never run out of gas.
- SmartFill automatic tank monitoring system conveniently tracks propane tank levels.
- The in-home monitor shows your tank level at the touch of a button.
- Using wireless technology, this critical information is relayed to Suwannee Valley Propane's orders department and deliveries are scheduled.
- If you run out of propane, It's on us.
- SVPremier Plan Customers must have an approved credit account with Suwannee Valley Propane and the account must be current and in good standings.

The SVP "A" RATED Budget Plan:
|
Would a small monthly payment rather than high winter bills and the security at a price guarantee be acceptable to you? If so, please consider the Suwannee Valley Propane Budget Plan. This plan allows for equal monthly payments instead of paying entire gas bills when the delivery is made.
With the Budget Payment Plan, your previous or estimated annual heating bill is averaged to determine an equal monthly payment. This amount will appear each month on your statement. If after the budget year a balance exists, you will be invoiced for the balance. If you have a credit balance, the credit will be applied to next year's plan.
You must sign up April of the year you wish to begin your Budget Plan and it works like this example:
Example John's spent a total of $1196.04 last year on 400 gallons of gas. So $1196.04 divided by 12 months equals $99.67 per month. So if John wants to get on the Budget Plan he will pay $99.67 per month beginning in April and the last payment will be May of the following year. Now if John only used 350 gallons, then he will have a credit balance that will role over to the next year and then its recalculated using his previous year usage of 350 gallons minus the credit of 50 gallons he has and then all that divided by 12 again..... and so on and so on. If john used more that 400 gallons, then he would pay his recaluculated next years first payment in April plus the balance from the prior year. Small balance carry overs can be calculated into the new year if they are less than $20.00.
